Happy Monday

image1-8Starting off this week with a lovely breakfast! I am a firm believer in making Mondays special; what you do on Mondays will reflect on the rest of the week, so I try to make a little extra effort in what I eat, to work hard, and to get a really good session in the gym. Set the standards for your week! 🙂
My butt and legs are super sore from yesterdays workout, makes me even more motivated to get a good session out of todays workout!

Todays breakfast was diced melon, a glass of berocca boost, rice cakes with almond butter and apple, and a yummy protein smoothie:

  • 1 scoop flavorless protein powder from My Protein / 1 skopa proteinpulver utan smak from My Protein
  • 1 banana / 1 banan
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt / 1 bägare grekisk yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder / 1 tesked kakaopulver
  • 2 teaspoons hazelnut butter / 2 teskedar hasselnötsmör
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter /1 tesked mandelsmör
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes / 1 matsked kokosflingor


Börjar veckan med en delicious frukost! Jag tror benhårt på att göra måndagar lite speciella; vad du gör på måndagen reflekteras på resten av veckan, så jag försöker anstränga mig lite extra med vad jag äter. att jobba hårt, och ha ett riktigt grymt pass på gymmet. Sätt standarden för din vecka!

Jag har sån sjuk träningsvärk i rumpan och benen från igår, det gör mig extra motiverad till att köra ett tufft träningspass idag med!

Dagens frukot bestod av tärnad melon, ett glas berocca boost, riskakor med mandelsmör och äpple, samt en jättegod proteinsmoothie (recept ovan).
