Healthy Recipe – Teriyaki Salmon with Creamed Churd

Here comes the recipe of another of this weeks inspired meals 🙂 Healthy easy and delicious!

  • Salmon fillet / LaxfilĂ©
  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce / 2 matskedar TeriyakisĂ„s
  • Frozen chard / Fryst mangold
  • 1/2 red onion / 1/2 rödlök
  • 1-2 garlic cloves / 1-2 vitlöksklyftor
  • 2 tablespoons philadelhpia / 2 matskedar philadelphia
  • Cayenne pepper / Cayennepeppar
  • Chili flakes / Chilliflakes
  • 1 dl Sesame seeds & pumpkin seeds / 1 dl sesamfrön & pumpakĂ€rnor
  • Olive oil for cooking / olivolja för stekning

 

  1. Chop up the onion & garlic, and fry in olive oil until transparent
    / Hacka lök & vitlök, frÀs i olivolja tills det blir genomskinligtimage2-10
  2. Defrost the chard in olive oil in a frying pan
    / Tina mangolden i olivolja i en stekpannaimage1-22
  3. Cover the salmon in teriyaki sauce, put in the oven at 175°C for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and add the seeds, put it back in for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add the onion/garlic to the chard once the chard has defrosted

  5. Add the piladelphia and let it melt into the chard – making it creamy! 😛

  6. Season the creamed chard with cayenne pepper & chili flakes
