Great Leg Workout

My legs are DEAD, I had a really good gym session and I loved the plyometrics to finish off. I did a 15 min abs class before I left as well – really good burn in the abdominal muscles! Now I’m gonna make a romantic dinner and then have a chill night 🙂 What are your Saturday night plans?

This was my workout:

  • Seated leg press:
    • Warm-up sets: 2 x 16 + 2 x 16 little ones, without extending the legs
    • 4 x 16-12, increasing weights
  • Dumbbell dead-lifts: 5 x 16
  • Calves extensions: 4 x 12
    • Superset: 4 x 16
  • Plyometrics: 
    • 20 jumping Bulgarian split squats (10 each leg)
    • 10 jumping squats with weight plate
    • 20 jumping lunges
    • 1 min rest
    • 16 jumping Bulgarian split squats (8 each leg)
    • 8 jumping squats with weight plate
    • 16 jumping lunges
    • 1 min rest
    • 12 jumping Bulgarian split squats (6 each leg)
    • 6 jumping squats with weight plate
    • 12 jumping lunges


Mina ben är DÖDA, jag hade ett riktigt bra gympass och jag älskade att avsluta med plyo. Jag körde en 15 minuter absklass innan jag gick hem med, brände bra i magmusklerna! Nu ska jag laga en romantisk middag och sen ha en lugn hemmakväll 🙂 Vad har ni för lördagsplaner?
